Who we are
The Center for Crime Science was established under the Royal Police Cadet Academy (RPCA) in Thailand with support from the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). It is envisioned as a regional multi-disciplinary knowledge hub that brings together research, policy, and practice to address contemporary crime challenges. By integrating expertise from criminology, policing, data science, law, and social sciences, the Center aims to foster evidence-based crime prevention, enhance policing effectiveness, and support sustainable justice reform. Through research, training, and regional collaboration, the Center serves as a platform for innovation, knowledge exchange, and capacity building for law enforcement and criminal justice professionals across Southeast Asia.
