February 24, 2026

On February 24, 2026, at Nahmuen Pittayakhom School, Nan Province, the Center for Science organized a program to promote knowledge and life skills for children and youth. The objective was to help them become aware of cyber threats, learn how to prevent them, and avoid becoming victims of cybercrime. The program focused on building correct understanding without encouraging or guiding any form of illegal activity.

This initiative was carried out in collaboration with:

  •  Nan Juvenile Observation and Protection Center
  • Royal Police Cadet Academy
  • Silpakorn University
  • Nan Provincial Committee for Child and Youth Welfare

During the activity, an educational card game called Cybercrime Triangle was used as a learning tool. The game was designed to explain the elements of crime from a preventive perspective, helping students understand what factors contribute to cybercrime and how risks can be reduced.

The learning objectives included:

  • Understanding the mechanisms of cybercrime from a prevention perspective
  • Learning how to identify risks and avoid dangerous situations
  • Being able to share this knowledge with others and contribute to strengthening cybersecurity awareness within families and communities

This project represents another important step toward developing responsible digital citizens who possess strong ethics and the awareness needed to safely navigate the online world.
