Temiyaves Conference Room, Royal Police Cadet Academy,
The Center for Crime Science, in collaboration with the Thai–U.S. Academic Alumni Association (TUSAA), organized a panel discussion entitled:
“Pathways to U.S. Scholarships and Overseas Study Opportunities for Police Cadets.”

The event also featured the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) between TUSAA and the Center for Crime Science, aimed at fostering academic collaboration in science and crime science, promoting knowledge exchange, and jointly developing capacity-building activities.

This event was held to broaden perspectives on education and global skill development for police cadets and TUSAA alumni interested in studying abroad—particularly scholarship opportunities in the United States. It represents an important opportunity to enhance knowledge and strengthen the capacity of police work at the international level.

- In-depth information on U.S. scholarship pathways and preparation strategies for overseas study
- First-hand experiences shared by alumni of the Royal Police Cadet Academy who have studied and worked in international contexts
- Exchanges of perspectives on global skill development, which is increasingly essential for policing in the modern world

Pol. Capt. Kittithanat Ittiphatpanya
delivered a lecture on how participating in international exchange programs
and overseas training impacts professional development as a police officer.

Mr. Thasiphat Wongwitthayakamjorn
presented on why studying abroad is important for a career in policing.

Mr. Yutthakrit Chaloemthai
introduced TUSAA and pathways to the YESALI and Fulbright scholarships for police cadets.

Ms. Pitinan Panyasriwinij
delivered a lecture on Self-Development: how to effectively develop oneself for professional growth.
The panel discussion attracted strong interest from police cadets and TUSAA alumni, reflecting their enthusiasm for self-development and their commitment to advancing the role of Thai police through effective engagement with the international community.


This event marks another significant step in strengthening the capacity of police personnel through education, cross-cultural learning, and global networking—laying an essential foundation for Thai policing to meet future challenges
